10.8billion Dollars missing from NNPC - The Gays must have done it !

It is with a deep sadness but certainty we regret to announce that the draconian laws put on any Gay Associations by the Nigerian Govt was to make sure The missing 10.8 billion Dollars Homosexuals have been using to pursue their clandestine acts be recovered .
Gay Definition:  "A gay person is anyone that is Happy" Therefore the poor people in Nigeria are not Happy so they cant be gay .Who are the Gay people in Nigeria ? The Rich People ! and who are the Rich People ? Those in Aso Rock  !

Dear EPfers I am here again with my regular update of "see-something-say-something"...

FACTS:

--->Sanusi and Iweala both agreed that $10.8 Billion Dollars was the FINAL amount unaccounted for.

--->NNPC claimed, last week, that the missing $10.8 billion was spent on oil subsidy payments, repairs of vandalized oil pipeline facilities and operational costs.

PERTINENT QUESTIONS:

1. How on earth (even in hell!) is it possible for a federal government parastatal to spend TEN-POINT-EIGHT-BILLION-DOLLARS out of the box WITHOUT a RIGOROUS authorisation process from the FEC, NASS etc...?

2. Why did Okonjo-Iweala REFUSE to sign off breakdown of the "missing" amount?

3. Why aren't there reforms till date to prevent NNPC from being the "intermediary" in the payment of crude oil funds to the federal account?

CONLUSION:

I just want to remind you all that a well managed TEN-BILLION-DOLLARS is capable of taking approximately 20million Nigerians out of ABJECT POVERTY.

The current official poverty rate stands at 64.2%--->More than 100Million Nigerians survive with less than $1.25 per day!

Lets unanimously demand for reforms, to prevent this broad daylight public funds mismanagement (don't just want to say STEALING).
